Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's Cocoa Beach property seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest services, ensuring high-quality service and overseeing front desk staff across shifts. The role requires strong communication and a proactive mindset in a busy hospitality environment.

You will train agents, manage check-in/out, handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a positive guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; hospitality experience welcomed.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Two years front desk and supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct front desk staff to ensure quality guest service.
• Assist guests with check-in/out and resolve issues promptly.
• Train new agents in daily duties and CRM usage.
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash and house accounts.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
