Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role preferred.
• Experience with hotel reservations software such as OnQ or Opera.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and friendly.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Assist guests and resolve challenges to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately conduct cash handling and credit card processing.
• Audit, balance and report all cash and credit transactions per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
