Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality’s Downtown Dallas property is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide outstanding service. You’ll help guests with requests and inquiries, coordinate with teams, and ensure a smooth arrival experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You’ll be responsible for accurate billing, reservations, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional guest service at check-in/out.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle reservations, requests, and billing with accuracy.
• Maintain organized front desk area and assist with daily cash handling.
