Job summary

River Lodge Paso is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Paso Robles, CA. The role handles check-in/out, guest communications, and front desk duties with a focus on a warm, personable guest experience.

The position requires excellent customer service, English communication, and the ability to use POS and PMS systems. Pay range is $17.00–$19.00 hourly, with part-time hours and a friendly, профессиональная team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous applicable experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Valid Food Handler Card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Server certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests following confidentiality, billing and communications procedures.
• Follow training manuals, checklists and SOPs.
• Describe the hotel, room types and on-site amenities to guests.
• Manage in person guest communications and phone calls professionally.
• Ensure lobby, lounge and front desk areas are clean and tidy.
• Utilize systems to prepare guests for notations and actions followed.
• Promote sales of rooms, upgrades and packages to guests.
• Professional correspondence by email, text and shift pass along emails.
• Room checks and minibar restocking.
