Job summary

Farmhouse Paso Robles is hiring a Part Time Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional hotel experiences at the front desk and in guest areas. You will learn SOPs, handle guest interactions, and support breakfast service while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

The role requires strong customer service, English communication, and basic math with POS/PMS proficiency. Weekend/evening shifts and physical activity are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Server certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn SOPs and hotel procedures.
• Check in/out guests per SOP with memorable service.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information in the system.
• Assist with breakfast setup and break down during shifts.
• Promote rooms, upgrades and packages to guests.
• Assist with front desk operations and note maintenance needs.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.
