Job summary

River Lodge Paso in Paso Robles, CA is seeking a part-time Server to provide attentive food and beverage service at the restaurant and pool area. You will describe menu items, handle orders, and communicate with kitchen and management to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old as required by California law.
• RBS certification or ability to obtain within 60 days; River Lodge Paso covers the expense.
• Food Handler Card or ability to obtain within 30 days; River Lodge Paso covers the expense.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• English communication required; additional languages a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages at the restaurant and pool area with high service standards.
• Describe menu items, specials, and wine; assist guests with allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize revenue.
• Take orders and ring in food & drinks into the POS accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH and server stations.
• Assist with restocking and communicating guest needs to kitchen/management.
