Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will also complete front desk paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

You will maintain a clean front desk and lobby, process reservations, and promote ESA offerings to convert inquiries into reservations.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and teammates.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Ability to work through shift reports and perform audits when needed.
• Understand and comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Perform routine reports and basic arithmetic for payments.
• Apply good judgment in all situations.
• Ability to address and resolve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities
