Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will handle phone inquiries, assist with reservations, registrations and departures, and manage payments while following company guidelines.

The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and contributing to ESA’s service culture. Responsibilities include maintaining front desk operations, assisting with breakfast setup, and supporting housekeeping and laundry as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English for guest communication.
• Experience operating PMS and processing check-ins/outs.
• Ability to complete daily front desk paperwork and audits.
• Basic arithmetic for payments and settlements.
• Good judgment and problem-solving in guest situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, collect payment per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process.
• Process reservations and registrations following procedures.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure lobby cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate.
