Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment in line with company procedures.

You will perform front desk daily paperwork, ensure safety standards, and promote ESA’s service culture by resolving guest requests and presenting a welcoming, helpful attitude across shifts and during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS).
• Ability to handle cash, credit card and payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones; check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure clean, organized work space.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
