Job summary

McKibbon is seeking a Front Desk Agent at a Buford, GA location. You will greet guests, process check-ins, verify registrations, and provide information about services and local attractions, all while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

You will handle wake-up calls, manage overbooked situations with courtesy, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and uphold McKibbon guiding principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment is highly desirable.
• Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Handle wake-up calls and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate pertinent guest information to departments (special requests, amenities).
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, rates, packages, and arrivals/departures.
