The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Office and data entry. You will work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate with at least one year of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data entry and database management experience; excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring a warm, professional experience.
• Assist guests with reservations, directions, and local attractions; use suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Input guest information into the property management system and coordinate with housekeeping.
