Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Guest Services Team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our Alabama/Georgia markets. You will drive front desk operations, respond to guest requests, and mentor staff to uphold brand standards with warmth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes scheduling, revenue awareness, and proactive service, requiring strong communication and a collaborative, guest-centric mindset in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years in related hospitality/management roles.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic data entry.
• Experience with front office software and PBX systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services and front office operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the Guest Services Team to deliver exceptional service.
• Respond to guest requests and issues with timely, courteous resolutions.
• Maintain safety, cash handling, and upsell opportunities; ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management for seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare schedules and forecasts aligned with forecasted demand.
• Protect brand standards and ensure compliance with policies.
