Job summary

RAM Hotels in Alabama is seeking a friendly Housekeep/Room Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will clean and service guest rooms, prepare spaces, and maintain a positive hotel image with a proactive, guest-centric attitude.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least six months of hospitality or janitorial experience, plus strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent and a minimum of six months work-related experience (hospitality or janitorial experience - strongly preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests; anticipate guests needs and answer questions; respond promptly and be familiar with property location, amenities, and local attractions.
• Complete all required brand-specific training and health and safety training; adhere to brand standards; knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Prepare guest rooms for cleaning per hotel standards: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and restocking supplies; update room assignments.
• Familiar with lost and found policy; submit any lost items to the Executive Housekeeper promptly.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
