Responsibilities include processing check-ins and check-outs, maintaining knowledge of property services, and resolving guest issues while upholding standards and safety. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provide superior customer service and maintain positive guest relations.
• Effective communication with guests and staff at all times.
• Ability to operate computer systems to input and access guest information.
• Must obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and handles interactions professionally.
• Assigns guest accommodations and processes guest accounts upon checkout.
• Maintains knowledge of occupancy, events, and on-site groups to support reception operations.
• Accepts reservations and manages guest check-in/check-out efficiently and accurately.

• Keeps informed about property services and entertainment options.
