Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel.
• Ability to multitask, remain detail-oriented, and stay service-centric in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and manage reservations.
• Process payments according to hotel procedures, handling cash and cards.
• Provide information to guests and handle guest requests with a hospitable attitude.
