Job summary

L’Auberge Baton Rouge is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This on-site role requires delivering superior guest service, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate guest accounts at checkout.

You will assist guests with check-in/out, manage room assignments, and stay informed about property services and entertainment offerings. Experience in hotel front desk operations and cash handling is preferred.

• Maintains knowledge of all property services and entertainment opportunities.
