Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and Check-In: welcome guests and verify reservations.
• Check-Out and Payment Processing: handle payments and invoices.
• Phone and Email Communication: answer calls and respond to inquiries.
• Reservation Management: manage reservations and data entry.
• Guest Services: assist with requests and resolve complaints.
• Administrative Tasks: manage mail, logs, and records.
• Security and Access Control: monitor access and issue badges.
• Cash Handling: maintain cash drawer and reconcile till.
• Multi-Tasking: handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaboration: work with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Emergency Response: follow procedures for emergencies.
