Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist guests effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with using devices and digital tools on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every transaction with a thank you and provide helpful follow-up steps.
• Promote and explain store benefits, promos, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
