Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist guests with returns/exchanges and follow store policies.
• Scan and bag items efficiently with accuracy and safety.
• Promote Target services and loyalty programs to guests.
