Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: Greet guests and assist to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist guests with enrollments in loyalty programs and explain app features as needed
• Scan and bag merchandise efficiently while following safety and store policies
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and guide guests to enroll/use these features
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and adapt to business needs
