Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with product needs, and promote store services both in-person and via the Target App. You will greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude, assist with returns and exchanges, and guide customers through Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and loyalty enrollment.

Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork throughout shifts. The role requires flexible hours, a strong service mindset, and the ability to operate handheld scanners and digital tools
