Job summary

Target is looking for a friendly Guest Advocate to help guests have an easy, inspiring shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist them in finding items, and resolve issues to ensure smooth transactions.

You will promote Target loyalty benefits and guide guests in using the Target App and Wallet. The role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak times.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• Promote and explain Target loyalty programs and app features
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in line with safety standards
• Work with the team to keep the store clean and organized
• Be flexible and adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends
