Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming environment, inform guests about cake options, and assist with celebrations. You will process orders, upsell related items, and help maintain an appealing display in a fast-paced bakery.

The role emphasizes excellent guest satisfaction, team collaboration, and adherence to health and safety guidelines while providing a memorable experience for guests.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Previous guest service experience at bakery/restaurant/retail is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise (balloons, candles, cards) to complete celebrations.
• Process orders accurately with the POS system and invite guests to join the Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and replenish display cases.
• Assist in cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
