Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #458 is hiring a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, assist with cake orders, and ensure a joyful, memorable experience. You will educate customers on cake options, help with add-ons, and process orders using the POS system.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly and determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest balloons, candles, and cards to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders quickly and accurately using the POS system; invite to join Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and restock as needed.
• Replenish merchandise and display case for strong visuals.
• Assemble cake and balloon orders per guest specifications with proper standards.
• Prioritize workload to meet pick-up or delivery times; handle walk-in orders.
• Prepare decorations, boxes, bows, and packaging materials ahead of demand.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company dress code; maintain attendance.
