Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and support cake finishing and frosting in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will be cross-trained across guest service, decorating, and stocking, helping to maintain a clean, food-safe workspace while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
