Nothing Bundt Cakes #248 is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, assist with cake selections, and process orders. You will help create joyful celebrations by guiding customers through our cake options and promotions.

Flex schedules are available, and casual attire is encouraged. This role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and contributing to a welcoming bakery environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets walk-in and phone guests warmly to determine interests and needs.
• Educates guests on NbC cake types, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggests additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Processes orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Keeps bakery clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Replenishes merchandise and cake display cases for strong presentation.
• Assists crafter with decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Supports opening/closing bakery including register duties.
• Helps build marketing email lists for fundraising opportunities.
