Job summary

Pins Mechanical Company is a social venue offering duckpin bowling, pinball, and shuffleboard. The Experience Team member engages guests, drives game and merchandise sales, and delivers exceptional service to create a memorable night out.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking IDs, managing the waitlist, processing transactions, supporting events, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space while representing the Pins brand with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic approach when engaging guests.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests throughout the bar in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Check for proper identification upon entrance to the bar.
• Maintain the waitlist for duckpin bowling and quote accurate wait times.
• Ring up game and merchandise sales accurately and process transactions quickly.
• Assist with large parties and special events as needed.
• Respond to and resolve issues with games and/or bowling lanes.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the entire space.
• Act as Pins brand ambassador and be knowledgeable about offerings.
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a sense of urgency with attention to detail.
