You’ll engage guests across duckpin bowling, pinball, and shuffleboard, driving game and merchandise sales through outstanding service. Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor is expected.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to engage guests and upsell games and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar with energy and friendliness.
• Check IDs upon entrance to the bar.
• Maintain waitlist for duckpin bowling and quote accurate wait times.
• Ring up game and merchandise sales accurately and process transactions quickly.
• Assist with large parties and events as needed.
• Respond to and resolve issues with games and lanes.
• Support cleanliness and organization of the space.
• Act as a Pins brand ambassador and knowledge holder of offerings.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Maintain sense of urgency with attention to detail.
