Job summary

Atma Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests at the front desk, handle check-ins/outs, and provide information about hotel services in line with brand standards.

You will respond promptly to guest needs, resolve issues, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and maintain accurate records while presenting a professional image and courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year guest service experience.
• Detail-oriented with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and organize.
• Calm under pressure and good judgement.
• Professional appearance.
• Able to stand for long periods and multitask.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and late nights.
• Passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in proper uniform and grooming.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and room types.
• Anticipate guestsneeds and respond promptly.
• Handle guest complaints and maintain satisfaction.
• Update front desk logs and communicate with housekeeping.
• Assist with reservations, wake-up calls, and shuttle requests.
