Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests ensuring a smooth arrival and departure.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms in a friendly and accurate manner.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations for guests.
• Post charges and handle billing in person or via switchboard systems.
• Coordinate with Bell Person for room escort and guest safety.
