Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the friendly first point of contact for guests at our property. You will handle check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and assist with reservations to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

In a fast-paced front office setting, you will maintain a professional demeanor, upsell services when appropriate, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform efficient check-in/check-out.
• Manage room reservations using hotel PMS.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Answer calls, emails, and other guest communications.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
• Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate.
