Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations using hotel PMS and maintain guest records.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests with courtesy.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
