Job summary

AEG's Galaxy Park seeks a Guest Services Representative to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will welcome guests, answer inquiries, and manage payments and bookings at a dynamic sports and entertainment venue.

You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, process POS transactions, and support program registrations while upholding safety protocols and assisting with equipment setup across multiple courts and spaces.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Be the first point of contact by phone, in person, or email; escalate as needed.
• Process POS transactions, merchandise and beverage sales, and event bookings.
• Enforce facility protocols and report safety concerns.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment in multiple courts and spaces.
