Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by welcoming guests and knowing venue layout, programs, and policies.
• Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries via phone, in person, and email; escalate to supervisor when needed.
• Process POS transactions including merchandise and beverage sales; assist with program registrations and bookings.
• Follow facility protocols to ensure guest safety and report injuries or unsafe areas.
• Assist with setup or breakdown of equipment across courts and event spaces.
