AEG's Galaxy Park seeks a Guest Services Representative to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will welcome guests, answer inquiries, and manage payments and bookings at a dynamic sports and entertainment venue.
You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, process POS transactions, and support program registrations while upholding safety protocols and assisting with equipment setup across multiple courts and spaces.

The Galaxy Park, Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience for all guests at Galaxy Park. The incumbent monitors entry to the venue and provides programming and facility information, handles guest inquiries, and helps in receiving and collecting payments.
