Job summary

AEG is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative for the Soccer Center in Carson, CA. The role emphasizes delivering excellent guest experiences, answering inquiries, and assisting with program registrations and field rentals.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of related experience, be comfortable with MS Office, and able to stand for long periods while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years in related work.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by welcoming guests and knowing venue layout and policies.
• Serve as first point of contact for guest inquiries by phone, in person, and email; escalate as needed.
• Assist in registering customers for programs and booking events/parties.
• Follow facility protocols and report injuries or unsafe areas.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of volleyball and futsal equipment.
