Job summary

AEG invites applications for a Guest Services Representative at the Torrance Soccer Center. You will deliver an outstanding guest experience, guide visitors through programs, and assist with registrations and rentals. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and team support within a busy venue environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Part-time with potential benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to operate MS Office and basic office systems.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, knowing venue layout, programs, and policies.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries by phone, in person, and email; escalate as needed.
• Assist in registering customers for programs, booking field rentals, and birthday parties.
• Maintain knowledge of facility protocols to ensure safety and report injuries or hazards.
• Assist with setup or breakdown of volleyball and futsal equipment.
