Job summary

AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk is seeking a part-time Guest Services Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service and support program registration and POS transactions. The role requires a friendly, energetic approach and a willingness to assist guests with information about the facility’s programs and events.

The ideal candidate will be capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Commitment to delivering first-class customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to guests and members.
• Assist with program registrations and point-of-sale transactions.
• Answer inquiries and direct to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of facility programs, events, and daily schedule.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and upkeep of the guest services area.
