Register guests, issue keys, manage site records, confirm reservations, collect payments, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. The role requires greeting guests per KOA standards, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communications across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills required.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Ability to communicate and manage conflict effectively.
• Working knowledge of operational procedures.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests at the front desk in line with KOA standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints while maintaining campground standards.
• Prepare reports related to shift checklists and downtime.
• Answer inquiries about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure logging and delivery of messages, packages and mail promptly.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork with associates and other departments; use radio etiquette.
• Adhere to KOA cash handling procedures for cash drawer.
• Maintain professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Keep store displays and inventory controlled; communicate guest feedback and ideas.
• Increase revenues through up-selling and ancillary income opportunities.
