Responsibilities

• Greet all guests at the front desk per KOA standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with courtesy while keeping campground standards.
• Prepare shift/checklist reports and downtime reports.
• Answer inquiries about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure timely logging and delivery of messages, packages and mail.
• Maintain good communication and teamwork with associates and other departments; follow radio etiquette.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures for the cash drawer.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain store displays and inventory; communicate guest feedback and ideas.
• Increase revenues through up-selling and profitability of ancillary income.
