Build‑A‑Bear Workshop is seeking Bear Builder associates who deliver exceptional guest service in our retail stores. You will help guests create personalized furry friends, engage with guests, and uphold brand standards in a welcoming environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred Associate’s degree in business or related field. You’ll work in indoor/outdoor mall settings, lift >25 pounds, and may earn a monthly bonus based on store performance.
