• Educate guests on cake distinctions, sizes and flavors
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system
• Invite guests to join NbC Email Club for promotions
• Maintain clean and organized bakery presentation
• Replenish merchandise and display case
• Assist in decorating and packaging supplies as needed
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies
