Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Brownsville, TX is seeking a friendly Key Holder to support the Manager with daily bakery operations, open/close procedures, and guest service excellence.

You will handle transactions, help guests in person and by phone, keep the crafting and Joy Creating areas clean, and assist with inventory, events, and special orders, all while upholding store policies and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/bakery environment preferred.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and handle transactions.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitates opening/closing of the bakery and cash handling.
• Assist guests with orders in person and by phone.
• Operate and balance the POS with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of current prices, products and promotions.
• Coordinate order timing between Guest Services and Bakery.
