Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to warmly greet walk-in guests, identify needs, and create a memorable experience that reflects NbC’s brand.

You will educate guests on cake options, process orders at the POS, upsell accessories, keep displays inviting, and support the team with energy, accuracy, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Must be flexible to work various shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; age 16+.
• Experience in bakery/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in guests warmly and determine needs.
• Educate guests on cake options and pricing.
• Process orders accurately at the POS.
• Suggest merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Maintain clean, inviting display and work area.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Be punctual and reliable with attendance.
