Qualifications

• No formal education required; prior guest service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and assist with needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise for celebrations (balloons, cards).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join Email Club.
