Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to help guests have a quick, friendly and efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with questions, resolve issues and explain how to use services like Drive Up, Order Pick Up and online ordering.

This role requires strong communication, a service-focused attitude and the ability to adapt to a busy store environment. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected for success.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests and assist with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and provide helpful service.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and guide guests on enrollment and use of features.
