Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome customers, assist with questions, and support both in-store and online services. You will greet guests, help them find products, resolve issues, and explain loyalty options, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

You will also operate scanners, assist with Drive Up and Order Pickup, maintain a clean store, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to explain features and benefits to guests.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and apps.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 44 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service.

• Scan and bag items; assist with returns per policy.
