Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to enhance the guest experience in store. You will greet guests, help them find products, and resolve issues while promoting Target services and loyalty programs. You will operate scanners and assist with Drive Up, Order Pick-Up, and online orders, ensuring a friendly, efficient checkout.

Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and peak shopping times; safety, accuracy, and teamwork are emphasized across all duties.

• Explain Target App features (Wallet) to guests.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely.
• Maintain a clean work area and minimize guest wait time.
• Know Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering processes.
• Handle returns or exchanges per store policies.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all duties.
