Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, resolve questions, and promote services such as Drive Up and Order Pick Up. You will help guests find products, enroll in loyalty, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

The role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a guest-first attitude. You will lift and stock merchandise, maintain a clean area, and comply with safety policies while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and store tech.
• Capable of independent work and teamwork.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments: greet guests and assist with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, assist with drive-up and online orders.
• Promote Target benefits and loyalty programs and explain app features.
