Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience: greet at 10ft and 4ft, assist with needs, and thank guests
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support peers and maintain a positive attitude across tasks
• Explain features of the Target App and loyalty programs to guests
• Scan and bag items efficiently while protecting safety standards
• Drive familiarity with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and enrollment
